I’m a mental health practitioner specialising in eating disorders and peer support. I have over five years of experience working across NHS and the third sector. I previously worked with the Lothian Eating Disorder Service (Cullen Centre), where I co-developed a peer support pilot alongside
clinicians and fellow peer practitioners.
Through my own lived experience, I understand how difficult and isolating it can be to struggle with an eating disorder. I aim to model recovery, offer hope, and work with you to create a space where you feel safe and heard.
My approach is person-centred and flexible. I hold a COSCA counselling qualification and have training in ADHD, autism, self-harm, and a range of mental health conditions. Additionally, my practice is shaped by trauma-informed care, cognitive psychology, and distress
interventions.

My work is rooted in inclusive, weight-neutral, and feminist values. As a queer practitioner, I am committed to creating a safe and affirming space for everyone.
